The tanks are hand siphoned for the clean juice off the top during fermentation so that transfer can occur without disturbing sediment. The tanks at the winery are imported Italian stainless-steel fermenting tanks produced by Marchisi. When the wine is ready it is aged and racked in hand made barrels of French and Yankee Oak.

Not only is the wine wonderful but so is the setting for the winery. You are close to Mt. Hood so your backdrop is a shocking view of the mountains. The winery offers a new building with intimate within settings and a shocking outof doors area too. They provide an indoor events room with a stone hearth, and outof doors dance floor, covered porches for your comfort while enjoying a great glass of wine or visiting with buddies. There are indoor and outside bars as well as wine serving areas and gorgeous cobblestone terraces for you pleasure. Parking isn't a problem as there is an on-site parking facility and valet parking turn around.
